Microsoft Unveils Vision for Autonomous Agents at AI Tour in London

The final cornerstone solution, Copilot Devices, introduces Copilot+ PCs as the first example. These devices bring together the CPU, GPU, and NPU at the edge, enabling greater scalability of AI. In addition to custom Autonomous Agents, Microsoft has unveiled ten oven-ready Agents in Dynamics 365 to support various business functions. These agents automate tasks such as lead research, customer issue resolution, and supplier performance tracking, demonstrating the collaborative potential of Autonomous Agents.
The rivalry between Microsoft and Salesforce in the CRM space has also heated up with the release of Salesforce’s Agentforce platform.
